On October 3 2026, the Farewell Dinner will officially close the EAZA 2026 conference with an unforgettable evening celebrating the achievements of the past days. Guests will embark on a stunning cruise along the Seine, enjoying enchanting views of Paris’s most iconic landmarks illuminated against the night sky. From the majestic Eiffel Tower to the historic Notre-Dame Cathedral, the panoramic scenery will create a magical atmosphere throughout the evening. This elegant journey provides the perfect setting to reflect on the conference, exchange experiences, and strengthen professional connections. An exquisite dinner will be served onboard, followed by lively entertainment as three DJs take over, inviting everyone to dance the night away across three vibrant dance floors to mark the inspiring conclusion of the event.

On September 29, discover the historic Ménagerie du Jardin des Plantes through an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience and special animations. This unique experience will offer you a different perspective on this historic zoo, going beyond the standard visitor experience.
The evening continues at the Grande Galerie de l'Évolution for the Icebreaker, marking the official opening of the 2026 EAZA Annual Conference. Enjoy a cocktail reception in this spectacular setting and take this first opportunity to meet, discuss, and reconnect with other participants in a local and welcoming atmosphere.
